24/7 · No call-out fee

24/7 emergency plumber across South Wales, ring me now.

Burst pipe, water through the ceiling, boiler gone on a cold night? The phone is on. I'll talk you through getting the water off before I've even set off, and I aim to be with you inside 90 minutes.

  • No call-out fee
  • 90-minute target
  • Gas Safe registered

While you wait

The first ten minutes matter most.

Stopping the water limits the damage far more than the speed of the van does. While you're on the phone to me:

  • Turn off the stop tap. Usually under the kitchen sink, sometimes in a hallway cupboard or by the front door.
  • Keep water away from electrics. If it's coming through a light fitting, switch that circuit off at the fuse board if it's safe to reach.
  • Open the taps to drain what's left in the pipes, and catch drips in buckets and towels.
  • Take a few photos. They help me bring the right parts, and your insurer will want them.
  • Call-out feeNone
  • First half hour, working hours£80
  • Out of hours & weekends£150
  • What I aim for, door to door90 min

You'll know the price on the phone, before I set off, not after I've finished.

Smell gas? Ring the gas emergency line first.

Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 (free, 24 hours). Turn the gas off at the meter if you can, open doors and windows, and don't use light switches, naked flames or anything that could spark. Once the leak has been made safe, I can trace and repair it.
