Subscription terms & conditions (the small print)
- Minimum term: All subscription plans are subject to a minimum 12-month contract. Early cancellation fees may apply.
- Response time: The 90-minute response aim is a target for emergencies (uncontrollable leaks, total loss of heating) and is subject to engineer availability, adverse weather, and traffic conditions. We cover Cardiff & Caerphilly (CF postcodes).
- Out of hours (OOH): Defined as 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday-Friday, plus all day Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
- Parts & materials: Plans cover labour/call-out fees only as specified. Parts are NOT included and will be charged separately at standard retail rates.
- Fair usage: "No Extra Fees" on the Premium plan is subject to a fair usage policy of up to 3 emergency call-outs per year and a maximum of 2 hours labour per call-out. Additional time charged at standard rates.
- Exclusions: Pre-existing faults known prior to membership are excluded. Boiler specific cover applies to boilers under 10 years old with full service history.

What services do you offer?
General plumbing, boiler repair and installation, kitchen and bathroom fitting, heating, drainage and Gas Safe work. If it involves a pipe or a boiler anywhere between Cardiff, Caerphilly and the Vale, it's probably something I do.
Are you certified?
Yes. I'm Gas Safe registered and City & Guilds qualified, and fully insured. Ask to see the cards at the door, and do the same with any plumber you let in.
Do you provide emergency services?
Yes, around the clock. Burst pipe or a boiler out on a cold night, the phone is on and I aim to be with you inside 90 minutes. Ring me and I'll talk you through getting the water off before I've even set off.
